Suitable for grease, oil but not water - the paint will always wash off
These make excellent shop towels for grease, petrol and other more viscous substances. Doesn't absorb water very well. Don't wash anything with it either. Even after several washes, everything turns pink or red. I bought them for reusability, but the color that washes off all the time reduces their effectiveness. I would take them in white if possible.
