I love these! Just had them delivered and was anxious to try them out. After securing them on my ankles I started slow by doing 20 lifts on each leg and I was very happy with them and I will use them daily.
- They we’re easy to use. My PT recommended them to me. So far, so good!
- The noise from the weights banging together during certain exercises can be distracting and irritating
