Love these! on my review.

I love these! Just had them delivered and was anxious to try them out. After securing them on my ankles I started slow by doing 20 lifts on each leg and I was very happy with them and I will use them daily.

Pros

They we’re easy to use. My PT recommended them to me. So far, so good!

Cons

The noise from the weights banging together during certain exercises can be distracting and irritating
