Sewn closed loop. Not a real belt. Fake photo!

Not as described. The strap is not fully separated as in the photo. To close the buckle, you must pull the entire belt through and then tighten. The loop is sewn on so you can't thread it through the luggage handle. Very loose when putting on and difficult to put on and still slip off. Again, this is a sewn closed loop, not a real belt. The photo is false advertising and they want to charge $5.99 for a return?! Raven, help!
