Review on Topeak Fuel Tank: Convenient Charging Cable Hole for On-the-Go Power! by Dylan Deng

I've been looking a lot for bags with a top bar that rests on the handlebar. I wanted something that wasn't too wide so it wouldn't rub against my knees when pedaling. It's 3 inches wide and perfect. The Topeak fuel tank really has plenty of room for many things, even my large Samsung Note 5 Edge phone. Inside there is a velcro strap (or move it to make just one large interior space) and a small strap pocket inside. I found the zipper easy to open and close with one hand. When open, the sides of the bag don't fold over, so you don't have to worry about anything falling out. The material is very durable and of the highest quality. Velcro straps are in good spots and offer a bit of flex for large or fancy upper bars. The lower front velcro strap is fully removable, allowing you to position the buckle in different places around the tube and slide back and forth about 2 inches. The bottom back strap attaches to the bag and is very wide, wider than the other bottom strap and holds up well. The front velcro strap has a nice tightening and the excess actually attaches to the right hand side of the bag which has a panel off soft, fluffy material. Material to keep the end of the strap from hanging around g, really good design. You can tell they thought through the design and placement of all these features. The bag fits well and stays in place. I bought a large bag and put it on my 2016 Trek Fuel EX 8 29er mountain bike. Since the bike doesn't have any rack options, I'm limited in the way I can put bags on the bike (I'd rather not carry a backpack).
