I bought this lumbar support together with the original role. I found the throw "too big" while giving me just the support I needed. I have chronic back pain from sitting in an office chair at work. It helps my posture a lot. It takes some getting used to and you have to be sure to position it properly on your back to really feel any benefit. I wore it too low on my back and found it very uncomfortable. The strap fits perfectly on the back of my office chair and I can adjust it very easily. I would recommend.
