Great Value! for my opinion
Size: Medium. Color: Navy Blue. Height: 5.2" Weight" @140.I just received this raincoat and it is perfect! Lightweight and roomy enough to wear over sweaters, and it still gives you a decent silhouette with the waist drawstring. The color is a 'true' navy blue, and the pinstriping is so cute! The sleeves have a stretchy cuff which keeps the wind and rain out. Again, it is fairly lightweight. The coat is definitely not for warmth but to keep the rain off your warmer clothes. I may buy this in another color.love it!
