Not too easy to install
I installed it myself. It was a bit confusing at first, especially when reading the user manual. I can't even find anything on YouTube so I just went ahead and used my common sense and I got it pretty quickly. I had to use a bolt finder so I could safely screw it in. And I drilled a few holes for the lock side to fit. In general I'm happy. Now I am reassured that my child cannot climb stairs without supervision. The only complaints are that it's noisy and you have to hand push the metal thing to close it. It's not super strong, but it will do. I will never leave her alone near him until now.
