I have several Amcrest and NVR cameras installed in different locations. Everyone faces the same problem when remote monitoring stops working within hours or even days using a professional monitoring app. Amcrest support provided me with several different clients for professional surveillance and even tested different NVR models, all to no avail. However, the problem is clearly not in the client but in the DVR itself because when this problem occurs you cannot even get a browser login by going to the IP address of the DVR. Restarting the DVR doesn't help, it just reconnects to the network. It's like the web server on the DVR goes down and I can't restart it.
