What I love about this duvet is that it's lightweight and perfect for chilly nights, lounging or sleeping in my chair. What I don't like about it is that the plug is on the lower right side of the duvet. So if you have an outlet on the left, the power cord will need to run above/under your feet, which will interfere with getting up and out of the quilt, under the covers. I wrapped myself around my chair. That's how long the power cord is! Second, I find it very annoying that the thermostat cable is too short, about 3-4 feet long, so I can't find a place to attach it. it is easy to reach. The controller mustn't be covered or it will overheat (and it does!), so I can't put it in my trunk pocket for quick access. If you choose to run the cable under your feet, the controller isn't accessible because it's so short. wrapped around my chair to the outlet. This ceiling makes no sense. The power cord needs to be centered so it can be plugged in either way, and the heater control cord needs to be MUCH longer so it can be placed in a safe and convenient place within reach. I do not recommend this blanket due to the electrical properties.
