I have used the product and copied the CD. He came out with some passes. I tried with a different brand CD and a blank CD, but it didn't copy. Every time I installed it, both drawers just opened up. I called the technician and had to leave a voice message. He called me back while I was in the car. He said he couldn't help me unless I had a device in front of me so he could figure out what I was doing wrong. These devices do not require a rocket scientist. I just thought he would offer to replace him. To be fair, he called me back again. I got frustrated and threw it away.
