After less than 5,000 miles, the glass started to crack. I spoke to the seller Chaparral and they said there has been nothing they can do for over a year and they can call Pug direct. I called Puig and they took no responsibility for it happening and probably caused by harsh cleaning products. I only use Plexus and Meguiars to clean my bike. I think it was just poorly designed. I bought the screen to extend the life of the bike, not a year and a half. I think Puig will provide better customer service.
