Good price - works as described.

The top of the unit rotates easily, which is very convenient when you want to turn it over. I didn't tighten the nut enough to hold the top in place. However, if you place the device on a flat surface, the top will remain where you placed it. Just make sure the weight of the top extends beyond the widest part of the base. As long as you do this, the device will remain stable.
