True to size. I ordered a small and my 8 lb pup fits perfectly. It looks very cute and is more waterproof inside than outside. I'll say it's not stained yet, but it washes easily and looks more expensive than it really is. People have asked me where I bought it. The color is more of a dusty pink, it has a white bone on the back and a handy zipper that can be unzipped to let the leash through. Excellent purchase!
