Not compatible with Samsung T5 SSD.

The very name of this product says it is compatible with the Samsung T5 SSD which is the only reason I bought it. Plugged it in and it recognized the drive once and then never again, so it's useless. I wanted to keep it as a spare charging cable, but my phone (Google Pixel 3) doesn't even indicate that it fast charges through this cable.
