I bought this pump a few months ago. It worked well as advertised. However, I lost the power cord. I called Kensun to see if I could purchase a replacement. Needed an order number so said I'd call back. I found the order number but before I could call Kyungsun called me! Wow. I have NEVER received a call back from a company. The representative's name is Dan and he will send me a replacement free of charge. Which company! Dan is the best.
