The ease of use, how well it handles customization for different needs (and not just one-size fits all), its ability to work with WordPress plugins as native components in their own right - instead being forced into some kind integration that doesn't always fit perfectly or looks out dated when compared against newer versions/upgrades from other CMSs like Wordpress etc., I could go through everything but this isn’t what we need at our organization now so haven;ts mentioned anything negative here yet aside form minor bugs which are easily resolved by updating via composer update.
