oh my god i'm in love with this little guy! I am an autistic person with depression which unfortunately means I often struggle to keep up with self care and the quarantine has allowed me to completely ignore shaving for over a year. I've been interested in epilators for many years but have only now decided to take the plunge. This item is AMAZING! Powerful, easy to handle, absolutely foolproof (I thoughtlessly ran it over the crust and still didn't hurt myself) and as painless as I can imagine ripping an inch of hair out of you at high speed, I was blown away - for a little cursing. In a much shorter time with far fewer snips (zero to be exact) I got a closer and smoother shave than I could have achieved with a razor. There's even a thoughtful little flashlight to help guide your hand! My only, frankly, incredibly small issue with this item is that the instructions that came with it are a bit obtuse and I don't know how to remove the cleaning head or change the speed. as it should be, but I'm probably just missing something and I'm sure I'll find out soon - no one else seems to have had this confusion so I'm sure I'll find out too. As some other reviewers have pointed out, this item is a real dream come true for those with medical conditions that make self-care difficult. I really can't think of anything I would change!
