Review on BVPOW by Brad Russell

After perusing several laudatory reviews, I was eager to make a purchase from BVPOW.com. However, my interactions with this company have been disappointing. To begin with, I had a hard time locating the items I needed because the website's layout was murky and awkward to use. When I did track them down, I discovered that the quality of the goods was lacking and the prices were higher than they had been made out to be. Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than anticipated for my order to arrive because of a delivery delay. It was difficult to get a refund or exchange because the goods were damaged upon arrival and customer support was unresponsive. In sum, dealing with BVPOW was a frustrating and disheartening experience for me. From a website that advertises premium goods and attentive service, I anticipated more. I will be shopping elsewhere, where the goods are of higher quality and where the shopping process is more streamlined.
