when I was in Peru, the dentist recommended this toothpaste to me. I had a gum problem. I had a loose tooth in my upper back and it hurt sometimes. I started using this toothpaste 3 times a day for 3 weeks in Peru. Day brushing and now in the United States I also use this toothpaste. I have excellent results. My gums are firm, strong and of a healthy colour. no more pain a good product. I've been using it for 2 months now.
