My wife wanted guide posts for her boat trailer when she towed it on her trailer. I wasn't keen on drilling or welding on my trailer, and the U-bolts that came with my kit looked too versatile. Snooping around Revane, I found this. I was able to use a self-etch primer and truck body spray to match the existing trailer finish. All finished with 1/2" hardware using the existing mounting hole in the trailer. A sacrificial thrust bearing has been added as it heats it up a bit and hits the guide post.
