I loved this coat, it looked great, was heavier than I expected so will definitely hold up some of the extreme cold we had in New York. The downside was that I was an average weight (5ft 8in and 150lbs) and was about to break out of it. I wore a thin long-sleeved shirt and the sleeves were tight. It's unlikely that a sweater would be comfortable. I have narrow shoulders and skinny arms - medium usually floats on top of me and it was tight. I would go for a large one, but the price was $20 more and I'm concerned the sleeves/shoulders won't be that much roomier. Too bad because it's a nice coat.
