I was in Amsterdam in February and the coat kept me warm and covered my body perfectly and the hood was great for an unexpected downpour. The only problem I had was the flash. The zipper is often misaligned at its starting point because it has to go through two zipper heads, making it difficult to close properly. I had to try several times to button my coat.

The coat is exactly as shown in the picture. Warm. I received the coat early. The coat is cute. Unfortunately the sizes run small. I ordered the 3XL because I knew I might want to wear a sweater with it. I have no place in my coat. These coats are more suited to teenagers and are not intended for adult women over 130 pounds. Too bad I wish I could wear it outside but I couldn't close it.

Very nice coat, I like the design and the fit around the waist, great length. The shoulders and armpits are so narrow that it looks like they're two sizes too small. The sleeves are incredibly tight. I always wear an XS coat, I have very skinny arms and I can barely fit into a thin shirt. My hands were like in plaster. The rest of the coat is very nice and warm to the touch, but I hesitate to order a size up because I think it will still be tight.

I love this coat, my sister bought it first and I was so thrilled I bought mine. CRAZY warm and snuggly, seems like a quality material and a zip fastening, I've been wearing it daily in the freezing temperatures for the past few weeks with no issues. I like that it has thumb holes, the pockets are deep and very warm, it looks like the pictures. I'm quite a petite person (5ft 4in and 125lbs) and the large size fits me well to my knees. Definitely recommend!

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter who normally wears an S or XS (she is 5ft 3" and weighs 114 pounds). I bought her a small and she could barely stretch her arms so I ordered a medium. The middle one pulls on her back when she raises her arms and she can't wear a sweater or anything thick underneath. I loved this coat, it looked great, was heavier than I expected so will definitely hold up some of the extreme cold we had in New York. The downside was that I was an average weight (5ft 8in and 150lbs) and was about to break out of it. I wore a thin long-sleeved shirt and the sleeves were tight. It's unlikely that a sweater would be comfortable. I have narrow shoulders and skinny arms - medium usually floats on top of me and it was tight. I would go for a large one, but the price was $20 more…
