It's a regular supplement, not necessarily great.
The kit includes everything you need for installation, but if you want a cleaner look you will need to contour it with a blow dryer. You see, they are made of semi-rigid polypropylene, not rubber. Therefore, they need to be softened with a heat gun if you want them to better stick to the door sill. Pretty easy to install and should do a good job of protecting the area covered, although they are small so you have to be careful where you step. I think they will do a good job.
