The upper arm does not slide smoothly/easily when adding the chuck.
The upper arm does not slide smoothly/easily when adding the weight of the OptiPlex 3040 microcomputer between the bracket and the monitor. It requires you to use your hands to powerfully maneuver your arms and control the position you want. I wish the arm had some sort of bridge between the seams of each section of the arms to make it slide more smoothly.
