My arm is 8.5 inches and the large size fits me perfectly. The fit couldn't be better. They're snuggly but comfy and they look really cool. The open fingers ensure good dexterity and I can operate the remote control of the e-skate without any problems. My hands feel very protected. I'm sure I could land most of my weight on my palms and feel no pain. The disassembly wasn't that easy at first, but I found that with a little patience and changing light pressure on the tires I could remove it quite easily and without damaging the material. I'm 6 feet tall, 175 pounds and my fingers are pretty average, maybe a little skinny. If you have fat fingers, you can choose XL.
