Review on Protect your hands with SPONTEX 20005 X-Large Blue Household Gloves by Kevin Urena

I put off writing this review until my glove was completely worn out. I thought it was a year ago, but turns out it was only about two years ago. Two years of daily use for washing dishes in a large family. No cracks, no tears, the forks and knives never stick out and have been through the washing machine several times to keep the inside clean. These gloves held up much better than I expected. Even today, "wear" means a tiny hole in the thumb. So what makes them "almost perfect" gloves and not "perfect" ones? It's as many others have said because as soon as the tiniest drop of grease or soap appears on the glove, it's like trying to hold on to a greased pig. Everything slips off the gloves, including dishes. I've learned various tricks for holding dishes while washing them, but it takes some concentration. It's doable, but sometimes it can be scary how slippery these gloves are. Overall, I recommend them and will probably buy them again, but I want something more - the strength and durability of this glove with fingers that aren't as slippery. By the way, if you're trying to machine wash them, it's best to turn them inside out. Because they are very thick, this can be difficult to make. I have found that soaping the outside of the gloves and turning them inside out with soap helps a lot.
