Exactly what I wanted. I have only used this item once on a chainsaw. Connect was straight. The block worked as it should. The light was a bit dim and I'm not sure if this is due to the chainsaw's low ignition energy or the product. Anyway it worked and I was able to verify that the ignition was working correctly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to check ignition performance on small engines.
