I don't complain about the work at all. I've used a belt sander to create the edge then auto sandpaper (400-3000 grit) to sharpen and micro bevel the blade, 20-30 minutes to prep each blade and so far they've been great. They don't last as long as the blade but for $10 it's better than I expected. I've touched up the microbevel 2 times in 6 months on my most used chisel with moderate home use and the other two need their first touch at the moment. Once micro beveled they are very sharp and work well with everything I've done to them. Budget they did any job with ease when properly sharpened.
