Easy to use, good results
We used it and were impressed with the results. By simply "lowering” the meat into the enema, they fall through almost without slowing down. Then rotate 90 degrees, lower again and done. As a side note, make sure the guide fingers are between the rollers. If it's not there, the meat will smack the reels and you'll have a lot of fun cleaning them up.
