After moderate use for the first six months this printer started to print documents at an angle and as we need to print important documents like tax returns and freelance contracts this didn't work for us. We confirmed we loaded paper directly and did a few other troubleshooting steps before calling Epson support. They walked us through some additional troubleshooting steps, asked if we were using genuine Epson cartridges (which we are), and ultimately concluded that they needed to replace the printer as it was still under warranty. The replacement printer arrived but didn't have a return label so I had to call Epson *again* and ask them to email me a shipping label (otherwise they would charge my credit card as I didn't send the old printer back). . We had a new printer for a month or two before *he* started printing crooked documents. We also needed to print a shipping label with a barcode, but the print quality was so poor that the barcode could not be scanned. We also had trouble getting wireless printing to work on a spare printer. Immediately after paying $50 for extra ink, we realized that this printer didn't meet our needs and bought another printer brand. Hopefully this review will save others from wasting money and countless hours of frustration with this printer.
