Review on ๐ŸŽง Sennheiser HD 560S Audiophile Headphones: Neutral Frequency and Wide Sound Field Technology with Black Open-Back Earcups and Detachable Cable by Toyofuku Hideo แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent product, the best quality.

When compared with the HD 558 and HD 280 Pro, the sound is perceived more easily and in more detail (as I already wrote in the merits). In principle, 560m is enough for 2V RMS (actually the standard output of most s / c and DAC) to go deaf in them, even the Samsung A50 output is enough (although clipping is heard at maximum speed). At the beginning there was some sharpness in the midrange, but after 2 hours of use it almost disappeared and the sound became a little more voluminous. I think that with further warming up the sound will be even more voluminous and detailed. DAC source on AD1853 (AD8066 in i/v, LT1468 in LPF), mode A amplifier LME49710+Diamond Buffer with MJE15034+MJE15035 output with 80 mA TC.

Pros
  • Good detailed sound throughout the range, very good dynamics. Headphones do not strain the sound, you can even sit all day. They sit tight on the head, a little pressure, but I think they will work in. It lacks some of the harshness of the HD558 (which, by the way, are cool headphones, especially considering the price, they're out there for 100 bucks of the HD559). Unlike the entire 5 series, there is more bass here, although it is not as deep as on closed headphones like the HD 280 Pro.
Cons
  • There are no particular shortcomings.

change the wire for sure. 3m is too much for a home studio.
