Bought the squares with no straps. I bought them with the intention of hooking them up to my Subaru's reversing lights and turn signals. I'm VERY happy with the light so far (they've been plugged in for less than a week at the time of writing this review). Pros: VERY bright white light. If you like freeing up space wherever they show it looks like during the day when the sun goes down, then this is for you. The attachment points are relatively user-friendly and feel very solid. The amber is bright and with the blinkers it alternates between solid and strobe which is very cool. They appear to be very durable and are mostly made of hard materials. Cons: The wires were supplied with connectors on the ends, and while the outer insulation is fairly large for 3 wires, the 3 actual wires are fairly small for 2 power and ground. The mount is basic but too small for real lighting. It has not been treated with rust so I will have to paint it soon as it is already showing signs of rust. The bracket is a simple stamped piece of sheet metal, probably stainless steel with 2 nuts and bolts, while other lights have notched brackets that snap into place. The through bolt where the light and bracket touch is different size, the nut is 14mm and the bolt is 13mm. In short, while there is room for improvement with this product, I would still recommend it as fantastic. I hope it lasts for years.
