I have a wide foot and this shoe fits me very well. My feet are sweaty which worries me as they are expensive shoes. These shoes are not designed to be worn in mud or grass. They are intended for walking on clean, hard surfaces only. any looseness on the outside of the shoe will seep in and the inside of the shoe will become gritty and dirty. Shoes don't protect your feet from all that. BUT. They look so cool and go with everything I personally wear. I would wear them as shoes so I can walk in them all day. Traveling would be nice too. I personally wouldn't wear these shoes if I got them wet. It would feel like I could slip.
