I loved this dress. It was beautiful and the train was flowy. I'm 5'6 and weighed 158 around the time of photos and was 7 and a half months pregnant and had bought a medium. It fit me great was not to tight and wasn't too lose. I wore a strapless bra with very thin padding. The length was just a tad long to walk far without holding the sides up a tiny bit but nothing extreme.
