A year has passed and still OSD Multi-Zone has not failed. And I rarely turn off the product. The device works in our office with a 70V power supply. Inputs and outputs are isolated for each channel. However, it also offers 1 constant flow channel leading to all channels. The remote is only good because it's pretty basic, but it does the job of adjusting the volume. Each channel can be set individually via the remote control. There are several other devices that do the same thing but at a higher price. I'm not sure about the sound quality. The sound of the PAM1270 is quite good. I hear a slight distortion if I press too hard.
