Unfortunately I had to return it after trying to use it for two days. I just felt uncomfortable wearing them for more than 30 minutes at a time. (To be honest, these aren't the only headphones on the market that I find uncomfortable.) And while the build quality usually feels very cheap (these are $32 headphones, after all), the mic is solidly built . My Win10 computer recognized the headphones as soon as I plugged them into the USB port. My main use of these headphones is listening to speech audio, using speech recognition, and making Skype-like calls. I haven't listened to music, so I can't judge the sound quality from that point of view. I didn't check the mic either, given the discomfort I felt. The vocal sound is pretty good, however, with excellent channel separation and soundstage depth. The built in volume control worked great. The noise cancellation was adequate for the environment I was in at the time. I have not specifically or extensively tested this feature. Since I find the sound quality of the voice to be first class, I didn't want to give it up. Instead, I ordered an overhead version. They're a little more expensive, but ideally I don't suffer the discomfort I've experienced with this model.
