After a long search for shower enclosures on Revain and reading many reviews; and learned a lot from other people's frustration with the installation; and after hearing from people who had problems with some of the other models falling off the wall I finally decided to use this one. They've been running for 2 1/2 months now with no problems and look great. These caddies look very modern and high quality and they work very well. I also love that they have extra hooks to hang things like razors on the carts, although we don't currently use the hooks for anything. Based on other installation reviews I took the following steps on ours: 1.) I thoroughly cleaned the surface of the shower stall before installing it. 2.) I applied glue to the cart before attaching it to the wall and used a bubble level placed on the cart to get it as straight as possible. Some people had trouble getting the sticker on at all and couldn't get to the caddy level. 3.) We let the glue set for 3 full days before putting anything on the carts. 4.) I placed them as far away from the shower head as possible so that little water gets on them when the shower is running. Hope this helps someone. We ended up only buying three and couldn't be happier with them.
