Review on Bay ATFH10C 10 Holder Cover - Easy Installation Guide by Andrew Dickens

These ATC/ATO fuse holders are good enough for what I use them for, but primarily for overcurrent protection RV Solar Panels. They appear to be waterproof which is an added bonus but would be weatherproof in my setups. I usually use a few wraps of tape on the fuse holder and still cover it as an extra moisture barrier. The 10 gauge copper wire on these fuse holders is a very thin strand, just like high-end speaker wire. I believe the cable's colored plastic jacket is a coating rather than actual insulation as there doesn't appear to be any voltage rating, insulation type, temperature class, UL listing or other information other than the "Install Bay" name. printed all over but they are suitable for use in vans and cars so this is not a problem for me. For what they cost for a pack of ten, I really can't complain. A 30-amp weatherproof fuse holder available at an auto parts store, RV, or Marine will run you about nine dollars, even without a fuse. Considering how much I paid for them here at Revain, I'm happy with them and would buy them again if needed.
