They work but are VERY firm

I often do shellac manicures and wanted to remove the polish at home, they helped. I put a cotton pad with nail polish remover in it and applied it to the nail. After 20 minutes the paint came off completely, scraping off was not necessary. My only complaint is that my fingers were throbbing like crazy during those 20 minutes. These clamps are VERY tight and my fingers are very thin so it's worth considering.
