I've been using this product since January 2021. It really works. I had bad posture. After much research I decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! I wear it for an hour every day when I run and I can feel the difference all day long. The material is soft, so it doesn't hurt me, but it's strong enough to keep a straight posture. It is adjustable so it fits almost everyone. I can already say it is helping my posture and look forward to future results! The corset is very well made and easy to put on.
