Haven't used them yet but they seem sturdy and durable. I got them because hunting season is in a few weeks. I hunt in many public areas along Georgia's Atlantic coast. Many storms come from the Atlantic Ocean. So between storms and tons of cars coming down driveways, they've got quite a few ruts to get stuck in you. I drive past all of them before going into the forest. I have a feeling they will have no problem providing enough traction to pull me out of a lane if my winch isn't reaching anything. This in combination with the winch will take away all my doubts. It remains only to find out where to get on a jeep on hunting trips. There are many mounting options and I'm sure I'll figure some out soon.
