AEM Short-Ram: Parts
About a year ago I installed an AEM Short-Ram along with a Racing Beat Cat-Back. I built a special cooler around the filter element to isolate the heat from the engine bay. The bearing inlet location next to the hot exhaust pipe is poorly designed. I haven't heard my engine hum on my fridge yet (fingers crossed). Can't comment on the horsepower gain, but my throttle response is way better than the stock setup. Also, my engine sounds sooooo cute!
