The item arrived in a very nice box shrink wrapped. I told myself it would be easy to install as the seller provided all the necessary tools, an alcohol wipe, a lint-free cloth, stickers to remove dust particles from the screen after cleaning, and a suction cup to help with placement. Boy was I wrong, the alcohol wipe was dry as a bone after sitting in the sun for a month, the wipe is lint free - what a joke - it left so many particles on the screen I thought I would never take this piece off . Oh, let's not forget the sucker. useless, it's so heavy that it doesn't hit the screen. What should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour. because of all the cleaning I had to do. This is a brand new car, the screen still had the plastic cover that came from the factory. If it were me I would buy another brand where you get what you pay for. As for the screen, I have a few small bubbles that I hope will "stick" in the coming days. If not, I take it off and throw it in the trash. Sorry but this was NOT what was expected or advertised. The only thing that worked well with the kit was the dust removal stickers. Disappointing hope that this will not affect my new GMC Serria Denali.
