Okay, I like Adidas shoes a lot. I usually wear adidas size 12. I chose 11.5 based on other reviews and it seems right. I also have a pair of Freeride MTB 5-10 in size 12. I could probably go for a size 12 with an insole and it would be fine. These are hard-soled cycling shoes, so they are flat and have very little support. I put some universal inserts in the bows. I mainly use them as work shoes. They're also stylish enough to wear to work. They are not as strong as my 5-10 MTB shoes. See photos for comparison shoes. 5-10 should be with black soles. These shoes look really cool so I don't plan on using them off-road but I think they will work fine. I have a feeling they are like a Vans lace up. but with a thicker and more durable sole. All in all, at $80, this is a great price for a stylish shoe that's great for peddling.
