Review on 🧹 Enhanced OXO Good Grips Spray Mop Microfiber Pad Replacement for Optimal Performance and Durability by Melody Young

I was very pleased with this mop as I have been very happy with OXO products in the past. While this mop is comfortable, I found it very taxing on my hands and arms. Even though my hard floor surfaces were very well wetted with the cleaning solution I chose, it still took a lot of effort to move the mop. It seems the grip should have been designed differently to make it less tiring for arms/hands when pressing on wet surfaces. I'm not quite sure how else to explain this, other than having to mop the floor - especially where it needs a little more attention - I have to press to create more friction. It doesn't do it right by just pressing the white pin - I would have to bend down and use both hands to clean it. Also, the grip separates from the base too easily (which should happen when you press the release button). There were times when I used a mop to clean and the base would slip off even if I didn't touch the release lever. I'm going back to the traditional rag wiper - it was easier to clean with.
