I've only used it 3-4 times and now it's broken for no apparent reason. Liquid spreads all over the floor! You can't stop this The return window is closed. Want garbage for too much money!

I am a professional domestic help and have used 2 of these mops in the last 3 months. I had the first one for about a month and the white plastic handle broke off. I contacted the company and they replaced it. My second leaked cleaning solution right from the start and had issues with the spray nozzle not distributing the liquid well. I had it for about 2 months and today, in the middle of work, the handle broke.

I am sad to write this review. I've had the mop for 10 days now and I really liked it the first few times I've used it. The pads are great, they have the perfect balance and I thought I found my dream mop. Then it started dripping. I cleaned the dispenser well, refilled it and the same thing happened. I have ordered a new bottle. Still in flow. And by leak I mean all the liquid within 5 minutes. I have to assume the problem is with the connection which is part of the body of the mop.

UPDATED June 18, 2019: I ordered this in August 2017 and still love this item. Holds up well and makes cleaning easier. Great product and still highly recommended! I have tried several types of mops. I was very pleased with this mop as I have been very happy with OXO products in the past. While this mop is comfortable, I found it very taxing on my hands and arms. Even though my hard floor surfaces were very well wetted with the cleaning solution I chose, it still took a lot of effort to move the mop. I love this mop! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner! For years I used an old-fashioned sponge to wring out our semi-gloss porcelain tiles, which left a horribly dull surface and pushed dirty water into the light-colored grout. I have had this mop for almost a year now. This is a fantastic mop. It's a lot easier and more hygienic than using a regular mop and a lot better than the mop I had before buying this mop. I hand wash the upholstery after each use and wash it in the washing machine once a week. The washing machine is perfect. I bought this model after two Bona mops failed in two years (one broke and the other stopped pumping water properly) . I wish I had made this change sooner as this is a much better mop.
