I have had this mop for almost a year now. This is a fantastic mop. It's a lot easier and more hygienic than using a regular mop and a lot better than the mop I had before buying this mop. I hand wash the upholstery after each use and wash it in the washing machine once a week. The washing machine is perfect. I have yet to hit an angle that I couldn't get with this villain and it saves me from having to use too much elbowing. My daughter once flipped a glue trap on the living room floor and this brush made it quick and easy. I also bought an extra wall cleaning pad and it's excellent! The reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because the bottle has been stuck in the mop lately. It's gotten too difficult to knock the bottle out of the mop to the point where I think I'll break the mop if I keep trying to push it out. Not sure if the mop or the bottle is damaged but for such an expensive mop I'm very disappointed that it didn't make it through the year. I've been buying OXO products for years and still have most of my brushes and brooms, they are all in fantastic condition and clean really well. I just wish this mop would last longer. Especially since I only bought an extra pad a few weeks ago.
