Beautiful, but the gilding is peeling and irritating the metal.

They are beautiful! I bought 2 pairs. 1 for me and gave one. I've been wearing my b4's for about 2 weeks after buying the 2nd pair as a gift. I've been wearing mine for 3 1/2 weeks now and the 18k gold has started to wear off and is now causing metallic irritation to my ear. In addition, the rod began to bend. If you are sensitive to metal, do not buy them.
