I bought this in 2019 for my fall 911 oil change. When it was removed this year the soft aluminum plug was stuck on the wrench. He seemed deformed. After removing the magnet, the reed switches off! I'm lucky it didn't come loose in the engine. Contacted the seller, he said he bought it over 2.5 years ago! I bought it last year. It doesn't matter how long, it's an oil plug. I explained that if this magnet came loose and destroyed my motor, it could be a $40,000 problem. They offered. 50% discount. I wasn't interested in the discount, I wanted to let them know that the design of the magnet and connector might have issues. I threw the plug in the trash, I will never use a magnetic plug like that again, let alone a design like that. It's too big a risk. I didn't care about the attitude of the salespeople. I wonder what country it was made in? Guess?
