The first day I took this to the course, the stitching came undone on one of the straps. I suppose I could have easily returned it, but I chose to have the strap repaired by a local seamstress for $5 so I didn't have to wait for a replacement. The rest of the bag works great. Another pocket could have been used but it has everything you could need. The zippers are very smooth and the fabric is very durable. After three rounds I am very happy with the bag. I don't know if many people have experienced the tape issue before, but all I know is that a quick search for a seamstress or rework will lead you to someone who can fix it in no time.
